Booking and payment policy: a 30% of the total is charged upon reservation. The outstanding balance is to be paid directly at arrival.
Cancellation policy:
- if you cancel up to 30 days prior the date of arrival, the 50% deposit is fully refundable.
- if the booking is cancelled between 15 and 30 days prior to arrival, 30% deposit will be refunded.
- If the booking is cancelled within 15 days prior to arrival the deposit is non refundable and the total reservation amount will be fully charged.
In the event of departure earlier than the booking period, a charge amounting to the full tariff will be made.

- cleaning service on the departure day (60EUR for studio and 2-room flats, 60EUR for 3-room flats).
- Cleaning of kitchenette, kitchen furniture and tableware demanded to clients. If the request is not satisfied, 30EUR will be charged

- Pets: 45 EUR for disinfection.

Notes
A security deposit of 100EUR per flat will be charged on arrival. This is held as a deposit against any damages of our property and will be returned in full on the day of departure
